We were referred to Tawana through a mutual friend. We wanted someone who cares not only about selling our home but also us as clients. That combination was found when we met Tawana. She quickly moved from being a great real estate broker to our friend. The process took us a while to get our house ready to sell as we had 64 years to clean out. It was a PROCESS. But Tawana was amazing during the process. She walked us through everything and kept us informed. She is the best!!! We have found our forever Hometown Realtor. You won’t go wrong using her team to either buy or sell your home. One other shout out was to the photographer. The photos were simply amazing. I know we have all seen photos of a home and wondered “what were they thinking” when they took that shot. Not with this team. They were GREAT.

I live in Florida and I am the Personal Representative of my mom’s estate. I was looking for a real estate agent in the Greer area to list and sell my mom’s home after her passing. Dealing with my mom’s estate has been a challenging process due to circumstances dealing with an uncooperative sibling.

I could call or text her even late at night and always got a response. She made our first time homebuying a very easy experience.
